Where the protocol's revenue comes from

Trading fee, protocol share	0.70% of every trade on the curve; after graduation, what the pool earns less the creator's 0.30%
Excess tax	5% of what a buy spends past a wallet's max
Launch fee	0.015 HYPE per coin launched
Migration fee	0.02 HYPE per coin that graduates

Everything the protocol earns is split three ways:

Every source flows into the protocol, then splits: half held in reserve, a quarter each to the team and to scaling and operations.
